Jade Plant, scientifically known as Crassula ovata, is a popular succulent valued for its attractive appearance and ease of care. Here's some information about the Jade Plant,Common Name: Jade Plant,Botanical Name: Crassula ovata,
  • Sunlight

Jade Plants prefer bright, indirect sunlight. Place them near a window where they can receive several hours of sunlight each day. They can tolerate some direct sunlight, especially in the morning or late afternoon, but avoid intense midday sun
  • Watering

Allow the soil to dry out partially between waterings, then water the plant thoroughly. Jade Plants are drought-tolerant but dislike being overwatered, which can lead to root rot. Err on the side of underwatering rather than overwatering
  • Soil

Use a NG succulent or cactus potting mix. A mixture of potting soil, perlite, and coarse sand works well for Jade Plants. Ensure the pot has drainage holes to prevent water from accumulating around the roots
  • Fertilization

Feed the plant with a NG fertilizer once a month during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce fertilization in fall and winter when growth slows down
